Student Services
The Lansbridge team will walk you through the application and enrollment process, answering any questions you may have on learning via the internet, course prerequisites, application deadlines, the curriculum, financial options, etc. If you want to pursue your educational goals, we will go that extra step to ensure that the application and enrollment process is a smooth one.
Administrative Support
As a student, you will have access to a learning assistant via e-mail or phone who will be with you throughout the entire program. This individual will work with you to ensure that you have everything you need to progress though your online coursework. We realize that there are many factors that can affect your learning. Your learning assistant, along with the rest of the Lansbridge staff, are there to help you work though the occasional setback.
Instructional Support
In addition to a Learning Assistant, you will have 24 hour-a-day access to your faculty who will respond to all of your questions on course content and assignments. The faculty constantly monitors the on-line discussion groups and intervenes on a regular basis to keep the work group moving along and on the right track. A program's strength is your relationship with your fellow students, with whom you will be in constant contact through discussion groups, personal e-mails, and real-time on-line chat tools.
