Credit Transfer
Students who have completed previous studies at other institutions in Canada or overseas may apply for admission as transfer students. Transfer students may carry with them credits earned from their previous studies and request for a transfer credit evaluation undertaken by the University.
Some basic regulations determine which and how many credits students have earned previously can be accepted for credit transfer into diploma programs offered by Lansbridge University, or programs articulated into partner universities of Lansbridge University. Lansbridge University recognizes that, the acceptance of transfer credits is fundamentally based on the equivalency in terms of their content and learning outcome. Insofar as possible, Lansbridge University accepts transfer of credit to allow maximum recognition of previous learning experience in University-level courses.
Maximum Number of Credits Transferred
The maximum number of credits transferred may vary between programs. In general, students are expected to complete at least 50% of the required credits through enrolling in courses offered at Lansbridge University.
A student proceeding toward a graduate degree can transfer a maximum of 25% of credits to graduate programs offered at Lansbridge University.
